To be eligible for a return, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, taste preference, or incorrect size selection by the customer.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Products once opened or used

Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery

Discounted or clearance sale items (unless damaged)
💸 Refunds

Once your return request is approved, the refund will be processed.

Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after approval.

The amount will be credited to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
🚚 Replacement (If Applicable)

In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, based on product availability.

Replacement products are dispatched after the returned item is verified.
📦 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect item).
