🔄 Returns

  • We accept returns only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products received.

  • To be eligible for a return, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, taste preference, or incorrect size selection by the customer.


📸 How to Raise a Return Request

To initiate a return, please contact us with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos or videos showing the damage/defect

  • A brief description of the issue

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Products once opened or used

  • Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery

  • Discounted or clearance sale items (unless damaged)


💸 Refunds

  • Once your return request is approved, the refund will be processed.

  • Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.


🚚 Replacement (If Applicable)

  • In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, based on product availability.

  • Replacement products are dispatched after the returned item is verified.


📦 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect item).
